TUITION
3 Half-Days (Mon/Wed/Fri): | $125 per month | $30 annual supply fee |
5 Half-Days (Mon–Fri): | $175 per month | $50 annual supply fee |
Tuition is due the first week of each month. Should a student’s tuition be more than one month past due, that student will be dismissed from the school unless a special situation has been approved by the Board. Please do not put tuition payments in your child’s backpack. We do not check backpacks. Supply fees help us cover the cost of school supplies such as paper, paper towels, and toilet paper. Monthly tuition and supply fees are nonrefundable.
ARRIVAL & PICKUP
Students should arrive at school between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. They may arrive as early as 7:30 AM to help working families get to work on time for an additional cost of $2.00 per each morning students arrive before 8:00 AM.
Pickup time is 11:15 AM. An additional charge is added for children who are not picked up by this time. If your regular pickup plans change, please tell the school and your child if possible. If you will be late picking up your child or are unable to pick up your child, please notify the school. We need to know the name of the person who will be picking up your child on your behalf.
ENRICHMENT
We also offer afternoon care in the form of our enrichment program. Children who are signed up for enrichment can stay at school until as late as 5:30 PM to allow working families more flexibility with their pickup times. These children bring a lunch each day and must also bring a sleeping mat, a pillow, and a blanket with them when they are enrolled.
The cost of this service is up to $12.00 per afternoon your child stays past 11:15 AM and is prorated depending on what time you pick up your child, as outlined below. You will not be charged for days your child is picked up before 11:15 AM. If your child is not picked up by 5:30 PM, an additional late fee will be charged.

LUNCHES
If your child is enrolled for afternoon care, they will need to bring a lunch with them to school each day. Please ensure that your child’s name is on their lunch box. We ask that you follow these guidelines when preparing lunches:
- Use cold packs. We have limited refrigerator space.
- If food needs a spoon or fork, please include one.
- If something is to be heated, place it in a microwaveable container. Please do not place things to be heated and things to be eaten cold in the same container.
- Put drinks in the lunch box if they will fit. Please do not put drinks in your child’s backpack. We do not check backpacks.
- No uncooked frozen dinners or mac and cheese. It takes a long time to cook and cool off. You may cook it at home and we will reheat it.
These may seem trivial, but it helps our staff tremendously. We have approximately 30 lunch boxes to open and meals to prepare each day.
SUPPLIES
Children must bring the following supplies when they are enrolled:
- 1 plain, plastic school box (no designer boxes as they do not stack well, are too large, and can be hard to open)
- 2 boxes of 16 basic Crayola® crayons (no jumbo-size crayons)
- 1 pack of gluesticks (no glitter glue)
- 1 pair of Fiskars® scissors (4-5 year old class ONLY—3 year olds do not need scissors)
- 1 box of Kleenex®
- 1 box of wet wipes (not flushable—used to wipe faces, hands, and clean up messes)
- 1 bottle of liquid hand soap
- 1 container of disinfecting wipes
If your child will be receiving afternoon care, they must also bring the following when they are enrolled (with their name on each):
- A KinderMat® to sleep on (no sleeping bags or roll-up mats)
- A small travel-size pillow
- A blanket (no larger than 42 inches square)
CLOTHING
Dress your child in play clothes—things they are comfortable wearing, allow them to be active, and are easy for them to handle in the bathroom. We do assist children when they need help. Please be mindful of the weather and dress your child accordingly. Children are given time to play outside on our playground when the weather permits. If your child wears a jacket to school, please ensure that their name is on the jacket.
BACKPACKS
Children need to bring a backpack with their name on it to school each day. It must be easy for them to open and large enough to easily fit papers into. This lets them take their work home with them and allows us to occasionally send important notes or paperwork for parents, such as party announcements or forms to purchase school pictures. Please check your child’s papers each day to help you stay informed about what is going on at school.
TEXT MESSAGING
We send text message notifications to parents and guardians who wish to have occasional notices and reminders about school activities sent to their mobile phones. If you or another family member would like to sign up to receive these notifications, please let us know so we can add your information.
You will receive a text asking if you want to receive messages from the school. You must reply “yes” to this message to begin receiving notifications. Please note that if your phone has a spam filter enabled or is turned off, you may not receive notifications.
FUNDRAISERS
We typically hold one to two fundraisers during the school year that support our operation. These are an important source of funds that allow us to keep tuition and supply fees affordable for our students and their families.
PICTURE DAYS
Each year, we have a professional photographer come to school to take pictures of the children. This service is for you and does not benefit us. You do not have to buy the pictures. The photographer is scheduled in the fall for individual pictures and in the spring for group class pictures. Forms to purchase pictures are sent out in advance in each child’s backpack.
SPECIAL OCCASIONS & BIRTHDAY PARTIES
We have parties at school for Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day, and also hold an Easter Egg Hunt. Each parent has the opportunity to help in some way with parties during the year. If you would like to volunteer to help with an upcoming party, please let us know.
Birthdays are very important to children, and we do celebrate them at school. You may bring treats for the class on your child’s birthday (no cupcakes, please!) and a small favor for the children to take home after the party. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate in case other children have a birthday on the same day. Check with our teachers for the number of children in the class.
