To apply your child for enrollment, you may stop by our office Monday–Friday between 7:30–3:30 to pick up an application. During the summer when school is out, please call the school at (573) 472–0883 and set up an appointment to either pick up or drop off an application. You can also choose to either print an application and complete it by hand or partially fill it out online first using one of the links below. Sign your name and date where indicated. Then, please bring the completed application to the school and turn it in to the office along with a $20.00 enrollment fee. We do not have a waiting list.
We are located at 1440 Ables Rd. Please use the door on the west side of the building, near the rear flagpole.
