To apply your child for enrollment, you may stop by our office Monday–Friday between 7:30 AM–3:30 PM to pick up an application. You may also choose to print your own application using the link below.
NOTE: During the summer when school is out, please call us at (573) 472–0883 and set up an appointment to either pick up or drop off an application.
Sign and date where indicated, then please bring the completed application to the school and turn it in to the office along with a $50.00 enrollment/application fee. We are located at 1440 Ables Rd. Please use the door on the west side of the building, near the rear flagpole.
Information for all students:
- Check the calendar for the first day of school and days when we will be closed.
- Doors open at 7:30 AM. There is an additional $2.00 charge for arriving before 8:00 AM.
- Classes begin at 9:30 AM and dismiss at 11:15 AM.
- Tuition is $150.00 per month for 3 days or $200.00 per month for 5 days and is due the first week of each month.
- An annual supply fee of $30.00 for 3 days or $50.00 for 5 days is due the first week of school to help us cover the cost of school supplies such as paper, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Children will need to bring 2 boxes of 16 basic Crayola® crayons (no large or jumbo-size crayons) with them when they are enrolled.
- Children must bring a backpack that is easy for them to open and large enough to easily fit papers into.
- Please do not put important items such as tuition payments in your child’s backpack. We do not check backpacks.
If you are signing up for afternoon care (enrichment):
- The cost is up to $12.00 per day and is prorated until 3:30 PM.
- Your child will need to bring a lunch and drink each day.
- Children need a Kindermat® to sleep on and may also bring a small blanket and travel-size pillow.
- You must pick up your child by 5:30 PM. Late pickups will be charged $1.00 for every minute over.
