Q: What are the requirements for my child to be accepted?

Your child must be at least 3 years old, fully potty-trained (no pull-ups), and current on their immunizations.

Q: When are tuition payments due?

Tuition is due the first week of each month. Should a student’s tuition be more than one month past due, that student will be dismissed from the school unless a special situation has been approved by the Board.

Please do not put tuition payments in your child’s backpack. We do not check backpacks.

Q: What does the annual supply fee cover?

Supply fees help us cover the cost of school supplies such as paper, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Q: What supplies do I need to get for my child?

Children will need to bring 2 boxes of 16 basic Crayola® crayons (no large or jumbo-size crayons) with them when they are enrolled.

Your child must also bring a medium to large size backpack with their name on it to school each day. It must be easy for them to open and large enough to easily fit 8.5" by 11" papers into. This lets them take their work home with them and allows us to occasionally send important notes or paperwork for parents, such as party announcements or forms to purchase school pictures. Please check your child’s papers each day to help you stay informed about what is going on at school.

NOTE: Please do not put tuition payments or drinks in your child’s backpack. We do not check backpacks.

If your child will be receiving afternoon care, they must also bring the following when they are enrolled (with their name on each):

  • A KinderMat® to sleep on (no sleeping bags or roll-up mats)
  • A small travel-size pillow
  • A blanket (no larger than 42 inches square)

Q: What items need to have my child’s name on them?

Your child’s name must be on their:

  • Backpack
  • Lunch Box
  • Jacket
  • KinderMat (enrichment)
  • Pillow (enrichment)
  • Blanket (enrichment)

Q: What children need to bring lunches?

Children who are enrolled for afternoon care (enrichment) must bring a lunch with them.

Q: What guidelines are there for packing lunches?

We have the following guidelines in place for lunches:

  • Use cold packs. We have limited refrigerator space.
  • If food needs a spoon or fork, please include one.
  • If something is to be heated, place it in a microwaveable container. Please do not place things to be heated and things to be eaten cold in the same container.
  • Put drinks in the lunch box if they will fit. Please do not put drinks in your child’s backpack. We do not check backpacks.
  • No uncooked frozen dinners or mac and cheese. It takes a long time to cook and cool off. You may cook it at home and we will reheat it.

These may seem trivial, but it helps our staff tremendously. We have approximately 30 lunch boxes to open and meals to prepare each day.
